There is two running shoes that are really good. Asics are one of them. The other one is Saucony. They are very comfortable and have good cushioning for your feet. They are made for runners. Nike are some what O.K. contained by the past. But I've tried on Nike's new runner shoes and they are for comfortable and bedside light weight. Problem is that Nike shoes are more expensive than Asics and Saucony. So Asics or Saucony would be better if your looking for cheaper running shoes.

There is no best brand of shoe for everyone. The best shoe for you is the one that fits the type of foot you have. Go to a genuine running store and get a proper fitting shoe. Knowledgable sales associates will analyze your arch, foot volumn and gait.
